Welcome to the 22nd annual Sierra Art Trails Yosemite Foothills Open Studio Tour!
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Oct. 3rd – 5th and 10th – 12th, 2025
About the Open Studio Tour:
Sierra Art Trails is the most anticipated arts event in the Yosemite area, giving art enthusiasts the chance to see fine art and craft in the making, and to purchase works directly from the artists.
The show takes place in homes, studios, galleries, and businesses in more than a dozen communities in Eastern Madera and Mariposa Counties, featuring artists and artisans working in a wide range of media including painting, photography, jewelry, sculpture, fiber arts, woodcarving, ceramics, glass, and more!
The festivities kick off in early September with the Sierra Art Trails Preview Exhibit at Yosemite Gateway Art Center.
Preview the Exhibit:
The Preview Exhibit is open through the Art Trails weekend, and includes a representative piece by each artist in the show. Viewing the preview exhibit is a great way to plan your weekend, discover the work that you most want to see, and plan your route to the studios you want to visit.
How Much Does it Cost?
Admission: $25.00
The annual tour catalog acts as your ticket for two to the event, kids get in free. The catalog includes:

Detailed maps to guide you to each location

Additionally, the Preview Exhibit takes place September 6th – October 12th and features one original piece from each participating artist. The Preview Exhibit is free and open to the public at Stellar Gallery in Oakhurst, open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, six days a week (closed on Tuesdays).
About Sierra Art Trails:
Sierra Art Trails is a 501(c)(4) Non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting working artists and artisans by promoting and showcasing their work. Each year, our organization produces the annual Open Studio Tour and a number of other unique art exhibits and art related events. Art Trails raises funds for student scholarships, public arts, community awards for artists and art organizations, and a unique student sponsorship program.
Through these activities we seek to increase public awareness of the importance of the arts in our lives, and the role that artists play in building and maintaining a vibrant culture, stimulating imagination and invention, and improving quality of life.
